No, you will receive an SMS reminder about your clean the day before it’s due and we will post a calling card through your door once we have completed your clean. If you have a direct debit set up this will come out of your account 3-5 days later. It’s that simple!
Yes we can. Cleaning with our light weight carbon poles allow us to clean many hard to reach windows usually cleaned traditionally, This includes windows above conservatories.

We clean all year round in all weathers. Traditionally window cleaners did not clean in bad weather because of the risks associated with ladders use. As we do not use ladders we do not have this problem. You will get the same result when we clean if it is raining as you will at any other time. For extra peace of mind we offer a guarantee with every one of our cleans, so if when your windows dry off they are not right, just give us a call and we’ll come right back.
We usually allow ourselves a couple of days margins on our cleaning frequencies. This can be due to factors like weekends, extreme weather, bank holidays and other things that disrupt scheduling. We promise though that you will have the agreed number of cleans each year. If we ever change your due date you will get a an sms notification to let you know.
No, we only request payment AFTER your windows have been cleaned
Yes of course, we simply require 48 hours notice, unfortunately we are unable to amend or cancel cleans once the “courtesy text’ has been sent.
