We now encourage most our customers to take advantage of our automated and secure payment service via GoCardless. It only takes a couple of minutes to set up and you don’t have to worry about missing any payments or looking around for cash the next time we clean your property.  Bacs and cash options are also still available.

Option Two
Bacs

Each time we have completed a clean at your property we will leave you a calling card which gives bank details for ourselves. You then log in to your bank online and make payment direct to ourselves. Please put the house name or number and the street name as the reference.

Option Three
Cash

To avoid disturbing you and knocking on your door outwith business hours we do not do evening cash collections. Should you still prefer to pay by cash, you will be notified in advance of us coming to clean so please ensure you are available to hand cash payments to our operative once the clean has been carried out.

GoCardless information

We know that our customers don’t enjoy the hassle of having to arrange cash payments, make bank transfers or visit the website to make online payments. That’s why Scotia Window Cleaning use the GoCardless payment facility. • Setting up with GoCardless is easy and secure. The online form only takes a couple of minutes to complete and the only information that we see is your Name and Address. • Once you’re signed up all window cleaning payments will be collected automatically. • This is not a fixed direct debit, payments will only be requested when your windows are cleaned. You will be informed by email each time a payment is requested, then 5 days later the payment will be transferred. If for any reason we do not clean your windows you will not be charged. All payments made via GoCardless are covered by the Direct Debit guarantee and you will always have the option to reject a payment, giving you total control and peace of mind. New customers please arrange a quotation first, mentioning that you would like to pay via GoCardless.
